Swimming & Dryland Training for Competitive Swimmers Gr 9-12 (Morning)

This seven-week swimming program will combine pool workouts as well as dryland workouts created with the needs of swimmers in mind. Pool workouts will be an hour and a half every day. Dryland will follow Mondays-Thursdays for an hour. Fridays will be swimming only. No classes July 4-8. NOTE - receive a discount for the afternoon Swim Advanced Training for Competitive Swimmers if you register for a morning session.
