In CrossFit PreTeens we still focus on fun, but now we begin to move towards technique in specific lifts. Techniques we teach are specific and important to help ensure students move properly and safely. This class will help create lifelong habits that include tumbling safely, balance while moving, squatting safely with light weight, jumping with explosion, and more. We will show how fun fitness can be!
