Warrior performance training will be an 8-week speed and strength program run by Coach Logan McElfresh. This will be his 2nd summer at BHS and 5th summer running different high school programs around the state. There will be focus on total body control and strength, acceleration, deceleration, mobility, and injury prevention. Class sizes are limited. *Students will meet on the BHS Turf (weight room if raining) Session 1: 6:15-7:45am Session 2: 7:45-9:15am Session 3: 9:15-10:45am
