Let the child in you come out and play!  Move to the rhythms and sounds of the music as your body desires.  No choreography, no dance moves, just the movement of your soul.  We have multiple modalities to use during this time, scarves, feathers, bubbles, glow sticks, and more.  We turn off overhead lights dimming the room to take away self judgement and use color changing light strips to add ambiance and fun.
