In this deliciously festive class, we’ll craft a stunning fall menu featuring savory crostini appetizers, roasted acorn squash rings stuffed with hearty goodness, a "classic" stuffing, rich vegan gravy, and a warm apple crisp to top it all off. Whether you're planning a full meatless feast or just adding a few vibrant dishes to your table, this hands-on class will leave you inspired, full, and thankful — no turkey required! In this session, students will participate by cooking along with the instructor.
