Brunch just got a delicious plant-based upgrade! In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create a dreamy vegan brunch spread that's perfect for slow Sundays, special celebrations or impressing your favorite brunch buddies. We'll make a savory Tofu Benedict with a silky, dairy-free Hollandaise sauce that's every bit as decadent as the classic. Then we'll satisfy our sweet tooth with reimagined French Toast and indulgent Banana Bread Donuts - baked, not fried! Finally, we'll craft a cozy barista-style Latte to sip while we feast (caffeine free option as well). Come hungry and ready for a fun night of cooking, learning and brunch-level joy!
